Bizee is conducting this survey to better understand the experiences, needs, challenges, and outlook of small business owners, founders, and entrepreneurs.

Your responses may be reviewed, analyzed, summarized, and combined with responses from other participants. Bizee may use survey findings for research, reporting, content, marketing, product insights, and related business purposes. Public findings will be shared in aggregated or de-identified form. Bizee will not publicly identify you by name or attribute individual responses to you without your permission.

The survey may collect contact and business information, such as your name, email address, business name, location, industry, or business size. Bizee may use this information to confirm eligibility, prevent duplicate or fraudulent responses, administer incentives, conduct quality control, analyze results, and contact you about the survey if needed. Bizee’s use of personal information is also subject to its Privacy Policy.

If an incentive is offered, it is limited to one per eligible participant and is subject to completion, eligibility, and response quality review. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or ineligible submissions may not receive an incentive. No purchase is required.

Bizee may exclude responses or close the survey at any time for quality control, technical, operational, or research integrity reasons.
