Collective Partners is conducting this survey on behalf of Bizee to better understand the experiences, needs, challenges, and outlook of small business owners, founders, and entrepreneurs.

Your responses may be reviewed, analyzed, summarized, and combined with responses from other participants by Collective Partners, Bizee, and their authorized research partners. Bizee may use the survey findings for research, reporting, content, marketing, product insights, and related business purposes. Public findings will be shared in aggregated or de-identified form. Neither Bizee nor Collective Partners will publicly identify you by name or attribute individual responses to you without your permission.

The survey may collect contact and business information, such as your name, email address, business name, location, industry, or business size. This information may be used to confirm eligibility, prevent duplicate or fraudulent responses, administer the drawing, conduct quality control, analyze results, and contact you about the survey if needed. Collective Partners will handle this information on Bizee’s behalf for purposes related to conducting and administering the research. Bizee’s use of personal information is also subject to its Privacy Policy.

Eligible participants who complete the survey may receive one entry into a drawing for one $50 Amazon gift card. One winner will be selected from all eligible entries. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or ineligible submissions will not receive an entry. Completing the survey does not guarantee that you will win. No purchase is required.

Bizee or Collective Partners may exclude responses or close the survey at any time for quality-control, technical, operational, or research-integrity reasons.
